Q11. I’d like to give you a situation and ask you to act it out. You are visiting New York on vacation, and you want to rent a car from an agency. Ask the agent three or four questions about renting a car for a week.
Q12. I’m sorry, but there’s a problem that I need you to resolve. The agency isn’t sure they can rent you a car because you have a non-US driver’s license. Explain what kind of license you have and why it is valid for renting a car.
