Q9. Tell me about your first internet surfing experience. What are the things you remember about that experience?
Q10. You may have things that you remember seen on the internet. Tell me about the memorable things you have seen on the internet. Why were they memorable to you?
Q11. I would like to give you a situation and ask you to act it out. You are at a bank now because you want to open a bank account. Ask the bank teller 3 or 4 questions about opening a new account.
Q12. I’m sorry but there is a problem I need you to resolve. You just found out that you left your credit card at a restaurant. Call the restaurant and explain the situation, describing the table the you sat at and the card you left. Then discuss how to get the card back.
Q13. That’s the end of the situation. Have you ever had any problems at a bank? What happened, and how did you solve the problem?
Q14. Compare the activities that children do at parks with those that adults do at parks. Also, compare facilities at parks for children and adults. How are they different?
Q15. Let’s talk about some issues that parks are faced with these days. What do you think are the challenges that parks face? What has caused these concerns and how can they be solved?
